Overall we liked this place, they have a fun patio, open design that reminds me of a San Diego brewery. They have 8 of their own beers plus 4 other beers on tap. The bartender was present but not particularly engaging.
We got the flight and a pint on happy hour.
Flight: 12 dollars for 5; you get an extra one for checking in on yelp.
1. Hefeweizen--delicious, smooth fresh banana type flavors. I liked this one more than others, since it has almost a creamy element not experienced in other Hefeweizen. Would recommend.
2. Papa's red ale- mediocre, forgettable.
3. 18 B pale ale-clean, crisp, it has a nice balance of fresh dry hops. Would recommend.
4. Porter- burn coffee after taste. Pass.
5. Green mamba double IPA--a little overwhelming on the hop flavors. Ok.
6. Imperial stout-drier after taste, kind of nice. Would recommend.
7. On hoppy hour: IPA pint for 4 dollars. We liked the regular IPA a lot. Good strength, clean taste, balanced hop flavors. I would recommend.
They also have a hoppy hour from 4-7pm where you get a pint for 4 dollars
