  • My boyfriend and I came here on two occasions, the first being the typical "it's our first time buying a safe we are just shopping around" visit, then flash forward one year to the present when we actually purchased one. Within that span of time, we never actually shopped around anywhere else, but rather just saved up for when we could purchase the one we wanted from The Safe Keeper. From the moment we first stepped into this business establishment, we were thrilled. The business space is open, offers complimentary beverages and snacks, and has just about the most stellar customer service you could ask for (yet sadly can almost never find anymore these days!) When we recently went in to purchase a safe, we interacted with Jeff. Jeff, we would just like to say YOU'RE GREAT AT YOUR JOB! No hovering over us as we browsed, no up-selling, no being made to feel guilty that we couldn't afford the most expensive safe they offered-- all wonderful traits combined with a wealth of knowledge and tips. AND! Was thoughtful enough to get us set up with a next-day delivery at no additional cost. We both work in customer service, and appreciate when we experience it at its finest. Great job, The Safe Keeper. You guys are wonderful, and we appreciate you.
