  • Piss poor management, piss poor excuse for maintenance, poor excuse for an apartment complex.... I moved in to my apartment and I was told to feel out the Move in/Move out sheet and write down anything that needs to be fix on the back of the sheet. I put down I needed my carpet clean and a few little things fixed and that I smelled mildew in my apartment. They fixed the little things but didn't clean my carpets and sound they didn't smell mildew. Now my refrigerator is broken doesn't keep anything cold but the freezer. I told the office i need a new refrigerator and they said before they buy a new one they have to try to fix it. Well whatever they did "twice" didn't work and it's still broke. IF YOU MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NICE RATES.
