  • Alan Summers is AMAZING! Over the past year he has helped us in our home with anything that is not functioning right, completed right, or doesn't look up to par. He is EXCELLENT at explaining what is and isn't covered, and how to get it fixed if he or Home Service Plus can't take care of it. I am so sad that our warranty period is coming to a close and that we won't be seeing him. We have had great luck with all our repairs and he is on top of scheduling and making sure that EVERY contractor is here on time to complete what is necessary. If I could give ALAN 10 stars I would. Thank you for a phenomenal year of great customer service from Alan and Home Service Plus. It has been a pleasure to have them as our home warranty and sad to see them go.
