I recently had my front hood and side fender painted. The side door received unwanted residual paint. So the parts of the car that did not need paint were not properly covered. A part of my steering wheel had rubbed off so deeply that it left a visible mark. When I called to tell the owner, I was told to come in. I asked what would be accomplished by bringing the vehicle in. I said I doubt he would replace the steering wheel. He said he must look at it and see if he could help. It's not a matter of helping but fixing what his shop did wrong in the first place. Being a working mother, it's not easy to drive in to have someone look at. It already put a great deal of time to have my car out for 7 days to be painted. For an auto detailing business, it fails to pay attention the details.
