  • Had a large single-pane window that cracked. The two star is for the customer service. They didn't put tarps down inside and outside leaving shards of broken glass on my carpet, rock landscape I even found some clear across the driveway. My husband called and was told new guy and we couldn't do anything until the owner is back in town. Really the supervisor knowing it was going to be a difficult job should've been there or came by to check the work
