Decent experiences most of the time but there are cons- very sanitary and it's nice to go to a nail place where everyone speaks English and you aren't confused as a customer. I have some advice for management:
I went for my nails yesterday and they are falling apart already- not a perfect paint job by any means but my manicurist was friendly which actually goes a long way. The desk staff really vary though- sometimes I notice that some customers get offered a drink while others do not- others get their coats hung upon walking in and others do not. It varies on the day though. It's also weird how they ask everyone who walks in immediately if they'd like to pee- what am I, three years old? Sometimes, I want to tell them to get it together! Seriously, I work hard for my money and want great service for those prices. I work in the luxury service industry down the street so maybe I observe more than most, which is why Ten Spot got 3 stars instead of 2.
I sat there for a while yesterday before asking them where my manicurist was- everyone forgot about my appointment it appears. They need either free caffeine or higher pay- there was a sense of apathy about the place. I'd come back once in a while but it won't be my go-to place.
I hope you guys take what I say to heart! You have a wonderful business foundation but desk service needs to be perfected and you need new software for appointments!
