  • Rob made a two tiered vanilla bean cheesecake for my wedding and it turned out amazing! My wife and I aren't big on regular cake so we opted for one of our favorite desserts and couldn't have been happier. Our wedding was just outside of LA so we had quite a few travel concerns. They ended up freezing the cake with nitrogen to keep everything fresh and immaculate until our big day. Hats off to you and your team sir!
