  • Got acrylic nails done here yesterday and they turned out horrible! I had an older man do my nails and he was so rough with me to the point where I was in pain. Also, he insisted on using some type of gel top coat on top of the normal, non-gel nail polish. He was so insistent (probably because this was more expensive) that I caved and let him do it. While he was applying this coat, two other workers gathered around him and started yelling at him in another language. Then one of the ladies said to me "there's been a problem". Apparently he was not supposed to use this type of polish on top of normal nail polish. After he set me down to dry, another lady comes up to me and says "I hope those dry". Well, they did not dry for close to two and a half hours, but i could not sit that long in the salon due to the fact that they were closing soon, so my nails came out chipped. Not to mention the shape is atrocious. There was no attempt at fixing the problem, not even a simple "sorry". I will not be going here again.
