  • I was really excited to try this place it so I brought my 21 month old in. Walked it and place was cute and spacious. To my surprise no one was waiting. Given it's summer that's amazing. Since I've never been, I was looking for prices. I was not greeted by anyone as we walked in. Granted two stylist were there and busy but a simple hello, welcome, we'll be right with you..nothing. After a few mins an older lady approached me. I was asking some suggestions on haircuts for my son and she was very rude and unhelpful. She was rushed and said parents just bring in pictures and we do that. Um ok...I am asking for suggestions, I think as a stylist they should be able to assist. If she was busy she could have asked me to wait until she was done with her client instead of being rude and unhelpful. I ended up walking out. Sorry, if you're not willing to help, you definitely aren't getting our business and getting close to cutting my sons hair! Customer service is such a big factor when I rate places.
