  • My son's freezer on his fridge died. My neighbors had just bought a new washer and dryer from this outlet and I happened to be going to an event near by so I thought I would drop in. It is a scratch and dent store. It is huge. There is a lot to choose from. There were aisles and aisles of refrigerators to choose from. I was greeted when I came into the store but then left to look on my own. The gentleman even offered me a tape measure if I needed one. Off I went on the hunt for the perfect fridge. I narrowed my search down to three. I found the gentleman that had originally waited on me and borrowed his tape measure. He was very nice and answered my questions. He even physically pulled out a few fridges for me to check out the sides. I told the gentleman that I had to leave but that I would be bringing my son back to make his final selection later that evening. I'm sure he didn't believe it. I'm sure they hear that or something similar a lot. However, I did return. I spoke to the same gentleman. I introduced him to my son and let them talk. My son checked out the three fridges, asked the salesman some questions, and purchased the fridge. It was a great experience and we got a great deal on the fridge. The two delivery men were also extremely nice. The did a great job of removing the old fridge and setting up the new one. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently the delivery and removal went. I will be sending everyone I know here. You can't beat the value and the customer service.
