  • The catfish Po Boy isn't the only reason to visit this gourmet food truck, but it's certainly the biggest draw for me. The catfish is smooth and buttery, the slaw is crisp, & the sauces have just the right amount of heat. These properties make this sandwich the reason I keep coming back. I have to mention the 5 cheese Mac & Cheese too, AMAZING! And the fact that the proprietor is a Hawkeye doesn't hurt my desire to repeat. :-)
