COMPLAINT: Poor Quality Service!
Tuesday July 22, 2014, Flight #2930 6:55 AM out of Palm Springs CA to Phoenix AZ
1. Plane late leaving. Didn't leave terminal until 7:15 AM. No explanations for the passengers. Took off few minutes later (7:18AM). There were no planes landing and only 2 other planes at the airport and they had left on time just before this flight.
2. There was no effort by the flight crew to be helpful upon late arrival in Phoenix. Because of the lateness of the arrival one would expect the airline to help by allowing the passengers needing to catch a connecting flight to get off first. Nothing was said or done by the flight crew. Standard slowness by all the people getting off the plane.
3. Also, the connection flight was US Airways too. Someone from US Airways could have called their other gate and told them at the connection flight that their passenger was on his way and would be there in a minute, but there was no effort by anyone to help. Ran to other gate but plane door was closed and they would not re-open it to allow a passenger on.
4. Now on standby for the noon flight at Phoenix to Denver and there is the 3:00 flight too but then will miss the 2:30 PM business/medical appointment.
5. Final insult, US Airways web for customer service is either fill out a form or send us a fax. There is no phone number to contact a real person. So sent complain via fax per their website. Also filed a complaint with FAA.
