Wow. What kind of professional texts their clients at 6pm on their personal cell phone after hours and WITHOUT permission?!? This lady, that's who!

Jeanette was stealing for certain she stole cash from packages and lied & manipulated the computer to steal all the cash then she screamed & walked out left the place dirty stole cash of 4 new clients told them horrible things about me I barely know Jeanette She's angry and I am happy she's gone (airing out dirty business laundry with your former clientele? Not smart) Lavinia I never said you couldn't use your parents package and i let u use your money how u wanted So whats the misunderstanding? (Hmm. Change of heart now? I responded very nicely that it was impersonal and unprofessional to contact FORMER clients via text -- not to mention RUDE that she would speak badly about Jeanette, a former employee, who I know everyone there, every referral I sent to BodyFlo LOVED -- she always treated everyone with the utmost respect and kindness. And I also asked the owner not to contact me again.
She then decides to THREATEN me. Excuse me??? You text me and then threaten me on top of it? "You can continue to be angry but I am only telling the truth about her It's unprofessional to post every little thing on Yelp like an angry child Sorry you can't be a grown up If you continue to slander me I will retaliate legally Have a great day"
To which I reminded her that if she'd continue to harass me, I would have my attorney contact her... 'cause this, my friends, is harassment! She quickly changed her tune "I don't care if you take Jeannette's side Just leave me out of it I did nothing to deserve your hideous review (really? Maybe treating clients with RESPECT?!) and it was childish behavior Jeannette tortured me in the brief time I knew her I didn't sign up for drama So let's stop here and be big beautiful ladies No hard feelings What's unprofessional is how Jeannette spoke of me in a negative way I am a kind helpful and loving person Low drama I am not in it for the money (yet you told me as well as other clients we had to buy more sessions because money wasn't coming in... hmm) I am helping people No drama sorry I am not texting anymore Blessings to you Lavinia No hard feelings really don't blame you"

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I asked her to stop contacting me. She clearly doesn't know the Arizona Statute 13-2921. So, I'll inform her... 'Cause that's the kind of sweetheart I am:

READ THIS CAREFULLY, TANNIS -- Please don't ever make the mistake of calling me or writing me in any form ever again. If you're ever tempted to do so, perhaps you should re-read AZ Statute 13-2921 just as a brain refresher -- that way when the lawsuit shows up on your front door, you'll know why!
