rev:text	We were a party of 8 with a 7:15 reservation #1698931983. We were from several companies and had a key customer with us. One of the companies CEO was also present. Got there early and had drinks while waiting to be seated. ONE HOUR LATER, we were still waiting to be seated. The person who made the reservation went to the host 4 times asking on the status of our reservation. After the 3rd visit, the restaurant bought us drinks and we were told we would be seated next and had a buzzer that would light up when our table was ready. A few minutes later we see them seating another large party. WTF!! After a 4th conversation with the host, one of our colleagues had to leave so now we are 7 people. When we were finally seated, they bring us to a tiny table for 6 people WTF! So with all of us squeezing in and sitting shoulder to shoulder and one of our colleagues standing there in the middle of the restaurant like an idiot waiting for a chair, someone comes running over with a 7 th chair. After we all get started and stuffed around the table, the manager comes over and says he has another table where we may be more comfortable. Great. We all stand up, grab our drinks and make our way across the restaurant where we finally settle in. With our pre dinner drinks, we easily spent $150+ per head. We were late for our after hours event atTao that one person in our party's company was hosting. He paid a lot of money for that event and there were hundreds of his customers there. The food and table service was good. .. but so what! For that kind of money and in front of a key customer, I'm trusting and expecting them to get it right!
