  • Not enough tellers- especially when it's busy (Mondays deposits and Fridays pay day). I've noticed on more than one occasion the line has been long but the manager, I'm guessing the extremely tall white woman, is just chatting it up with the tellers. Excuse me? There is also a teller, who usually sits to the far left when walking in, who has permanent resting scowl face. She looks like she would rather be anywhere but there and I can't stand when I get her. Her attitude reflects it. Don't be in customer service if you look like you hate people.
