  • I was visiting my daughter in Las Vegas from Texas and wanted to have the battery changed in her watch. I walked in and was greeted with warm smiles. The service was outstanding. He took apart my daughter's Gucci watch and showed me the rust inside her watch and stated that a battery probably would not solve the problem but he would install one just to be sure. After determining that it did not work with a new battery he put it back together and told me I would need to be sent back to Gucci for repair. I was not charged and appreciated his effort and honesty. My daughter and I will be back with any future jewelry needs and would recommend this establishment for anyone in need of jewelry repair. Great customer service!
