  • They only have one star because I have to give them a star or it won't let me write the review. I wish I read the reviews. I'll never go again and will be getting a refund. I was there today. My car was busy for nearly 4 hours, yes I went to lunch but I saw it being parked before in the sun before having a dessert across the street. I paid 74.99 before tax for a detailing: to have the seats and carpet vaccumed and shampooed and all the plastics and vinyl's detailed. It was disgusting. They didn't move the seats to vacuum. It was not vacuumed well before it was washed...and guess what? I took it through a quick terrible's wash before I came, half their job was done for them. And yet there is still debris on my carpet. There is still dirt in the cracks. There are still liquid marks on the vinyl. I could have done a better job at a coin operated self-wash in half the time. There were red paint streaks on my back right bumper. No damage thankfully, but they either ran into my car or backed it into something. They didn't vacuum the weather stripping. This is disgusting. I am embarrassed and ashamed for them.
