  • This company is truly amazing! I don't even know where to begin. We started with another service tech who was horrible and unable to properly diagnose our unit. We finally called Ready AIr. They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours of us calling them. They also sent a confirmation email, which was very helpful. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. They promptly provided us quotes that very night with reasonable prices. They returned quickly to complete the repairs and arrived when they said they were going to arrive. There is something to be said for great customer service AND quality work. We will now be lifelong Ready Air customers. Thank you Ready Air for saying what you mean and meaning what you say!
