At first I was really excited about this place since it's so close to home. But I've quickly come to realize that I've been giving them more importance than they deserve.
The yogurt and the toppings are your average stuff... In some cases below average. They have all the usual flavors, plus some seasonal flavors. Not a huge selection of toppings but decent.
My issue is with their hours of operation. Firstly the owner is never there. I have met him once, and that's all. But in his absence, the ladies that work here take the liberty to close the place whenever they want. This past Friday we went here for dessert right after dinner. It was 8:45 when we got here. The "open" sign was turned off. I went in anyway because it said open till 9 on the door and there were 6-7 people sitting inside chatting and enjoying their yogurt at leisure. The lady at the counter was chatting and giggling with these people and when I walked in, one of the "customers" said "they're closed." I told the lady at the counter that it was only 8:45 and the sign on the door says open till 9 and she's like "sorry I just turned off all the machines." It seemed like all these people were just her friends wanting to hang out and have their private party at the yogurt shop that their friend worked at, and the employee just took the liberty to close the store since the owner is never there anyway. Very unprofessional. I'd be happy to take my business to Yogurt 101 or Sweet Frog that are not that much farther away from home. Good bye, frequent visitor card. I won't be needing you again.
