  • First, this salon is very pretty. It looks very clean and well kept, which I think is very important in a nail salon. There are plenty of staff members as well. My first experience was very positive. I walked in after getting my nails done elsewhere with the worst paint job and art ever. It was late on a Sunday so the guy at the front desk nicely told me to come back the next day and they would fix it. He have me a price as well which was very reasonable. I came back and had them fixed. The front deal guy remembered me as well. I was more than impressed. The nail tech was quick and got them Fixed immediately and they looked great Not even 24 hours later, the gel polish peeled off a few nails. I went backup get them fixed which they did for free. The guy I saw was not there, so I sat with someone else. He was very pleasant as well and did a great job fixing them My reason for the 3 stars is the blonde girl that was at the front. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I could hear her talking about me and how there is no way the gel peeled off. I have been getting gel for 2 years now. Every so often, they peel. It seems to be only certain brands. I have an OPI gel on that peeled this time. I have never had a problem with it before which is why I selected it. I was not upset when I came in as things happen. I even waited 30 min to have them Fixed without complaint. She needs to go so that this salon can be perfect. The person up front Should be polite and helpful. She was rude and negative Her attitude was not necessary and ruins the whole experience
