  • We were lucky to try this place at a slower time. It meant we got to meet the owner and talk to him for a few minutes. First thing I thought was, this guy is extremely nice and really loves making donuts. The second thing I thought was, who the heck was this guy's mother! My mom definitely never made donuts like this! These donuts are massive and need to be attacked like a Roman general! Divide and conquer! A knife is definitely your best friend when going after these huge monsters! We were brave and ordered a half-dozen just to try out the different flavors. I don't think any of us were able to finish more than one donut. The care of the chef and the fresh ingredients make these donuts an experience that you have to try for yourself. Your Mom's Donuts is definitely worth the trip.
