  • Wow! After many, many months I'd thought I'd give them another chance but this location went from horrible to WORSE with their customer service. About 3 weeks ago, a simple order for my child was a sprinkled donut and strawberry sprinkled donut and it took them 3 times to finally get it right (and how the heck did they get BOSTON CREME from SPRINKLED). Now this morning, we ordered a dozen of donuts which my husband picked out himself and asked for VANILLA CREME filled and the male employee didn't know what he was asking for and a female employee asked the male employee what my husband was asking for and she said just to give him the chocolate filled---no, that is not what my husband was asking for PLUS the chocolate creme filled was already in the box. The chocolate creme filled donut had barely anything in the donut and the Boston creme filled we had in the box had absolutely NO CREME IN IT--not even a hole! No improvements at this location whatsoever. It's too bad I couldn't give this review less than 1 star.
