  • We have bought three bikes from DNA over the years and I have to say, I don't understand the bad reviews. Everyone I've ever dealt with here has been great! Russell the manager is great and Ray and Shawna are awesome! You can tell that they just love cycling and want others to love it too. I even bought a used Specialized road bike (my first road bike) off of Craigslist and they were more than happy to give me tons of help and advice. I'm being completely honest when I say everyone at this shop goes out of their way to help you. The mechanics are the same, totally friendly and willing to go out of their way for you. We bought our daughter a bike here recently and the mechanic (wish I could remember his name) heard us say she would be riding it in Flagstaff and without us even asking he did an advanced service on it so that she didn't have to bring it back in six weeks for the normal new bike tune-up. Got to DNA Mesa, you won't be disappointed.
