rev:text	After a long vacation, our Cadillac ran into problems in Charlotte. We contacted Steve at Cadillac of South Charlotte. He got our vehicle in, contacted the warranty company, gave us a loaner and had us on our way back to Massachusetts by 2pm the next day. The hospitality, professionalism and service of everyone we met helped us make a bad situation a bearable one. I hi f hey recommend the service department and especially Steve without hesitation!
