  • we booked a cab through taxi magic. that part was great. but no word from yellow cab in over an hour. and when we called to inquire, after a long phone hold, the customer service rep couldn't estimate how long it would take for someone to arrive or offer any helpful info at all. okay.... how hard is this? meanwhile, the elite yelp 90's party is partying away without us. i mean, i know all yelp events are AWESOME, but i doubt that it's causing new years-like taxi traffic. this is just a yellow cab fail on a run-of-the-mill thursday evening. communication fail, delivery fail, customer service fail. i can no longer count on this service to get me anywhere on time. not cool man. not cool.
