  • Since I'm busy weekdays I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday, 1pm. I get a text around 9am saying that they started to "close" on weekends and they can take me in on a weekday. The whole point was to get this done on weekend. I received two automated messages confirming my appointment. When I asked them the same, they said their clients usually call and confirm appointment when done online. I had to reschedule my stuff to a later date hoping I could get teeth cleaning done. I didn't like how unprofessional these guys are. Thank goodness I cancelled the service saving myself from bad service. Not impressed.
