  • This is a travesty of an operation!!! They literally hang a sign on the wall insinuating that they look after injured and sick dogs first. But yet somehow when i bring my dog in limping worried sick he may be injured badly they sit behind their desk for twenty minutes before even acknowledging our presence as if i should be waiting for them in the first place!!! Then tel me they will try to sneak me in among their other shot and vaccination animals. Are you joking me then after twenty more minutes tell me they are going to have to refuse to see my little baby who is obviously in pain but i can wait and drop him off in the morning! This place obviously does not care about the animals that you bring and if you love your dog/ cat like we love ours do not give this place your business! I will never allow these disgusting people to take another dollar from me as long as i am breathing i am literally sick to my stomach with how we were treated today. Petsmart should be ashamed to carry this brand in their stores and i find your lack of compassion to be outright appalling!
