  • Had a problem with an installation done at the Big O Tires, I had to go back 6 times in order to get everything fixed. I spoke to the manufacturer of the part and the manufacturer called up the store and the store said that it was my fault that there was a problem. The part was never sent back to be replaced, it was the same unit that worked perfectly fine after taking it in 6 times.There was negligence on part of the staff and then no accountability of their actions.
