  • **Update to prior review** We received extremely rude and disrespectful service from the lady that performed the walk through. Although the carpets and counters, Windows and ac filter were disgusting when we moved in - we left the place professionally cleaned. Janna (I believe was her name) made snooty comments to my wife and also claimed to be an expert on AZ law. It's amazing how you get treated when you move out. This is the service that eventually bankrupts businesses... keep it up southwest, and you too will wonder what happened.
