  • Tried to return a gift I had received here only to be told managers can do returns (what!?), so when I asked if I can see the manager they said he was out, I asked when he was returning, they said they didn't know. The teas are good but not worth the hassle of going into the mall, dealing with the staff, and paying an arm and a leg for a 2oz bag of tea.
