  • This place is so slow! We were greeted with the complimentary newspaper and beverage, and told to expect a 30 minute wait. 45 minutes later we were brought into the bay, and the service took over half an hour to complete. I used to work in a drive thru quick lube for over 5 years, so I know a thing or two about this type of business. The service was thourough, however, incredibly unefficient. After we heard the person working the pits call the vehicle was okay to fill, three technicians were standing in front of the vehicle chatting. During this time they could have gotten the oil ready, changed the air filter or checked the tire pressure. Instead, they waited and completed these small tasks, slowly, one at a time. Also, a little pet peeve, they 'glugged' the oil so quickly that we watched as it sprayed back onto the vehicle. Really professional guys! Word of advice, pour slower and turn the bottle sideways! Overall, a trustworthy place for a service that will get completed correctly, but only if you have two hours to wait and time for a car wash next.
