  • Walked around the entire store looking for a clerk to check out and do a return today on my lunch hour. Found one single employee at the back of the store on his cell phone. He then told me he was on lunch and I should look in the front office for someone. Sure enough 2 girls sitting in the front office who looked very annoyed I would interrupt them and expect someone to be working the floor and/or register. Decided that I would simply do my return and not purchase anything else here. Prices are more expensive than Petsmart and the customer service experience was terrible!
