  • Az Fire & Water had to restore my master bath & walk in master bedroom closet carpeting due to a bad leak in the main drain between the double bowl sinks. The leak totally damaged my 8' double vanity & the padding in the closet. Everything had to be pulled out if the bath....the vanities, cultured marble 8' counter top, an 8' mirror & 2 wall medicine cabinets. The mitigation team headed by Jeff did an awesome job. After a plumber fixed the leak, a second team came in & started the restoration by repairing the wall. Then then next step was installing new cabinets, a granite countertops with double bowl sinks. When the new faucets were installed, they replaced the mirror & medicine cabinets. They even had to move my light fixture up 3" due to the vanity cabinets being 3" higher. The restoration process was headed by Eric Ruoff, Project Mgr. There were a few problems that I was very concerned about & Eric made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. He was very helpful & always stayed in contact with me. The final step was replacing the carpet padding in the closet & carpet cleaning. It was all completed as promised by the installer. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a restoration of any kind. This whole circumstance was very stressful for me, but AZ F&W made the situation one that was easier for me to handle. They were professional & courteous starting with Sasha in the office, who was a great help to me.
