  • When we went to see Nine Inch Nails this past Friday, there was a staff member who was standing around, not doing her job. She then had the nerve to cop a major attitude when she had to...well...do her job. I didn't think scanning tickets and keeping lines flowing smoothly/quickly, was rocket science. Clearly it is! The ushers didn't seem educated on the layout of the venue and had a hard time figuring out where our seats were. I read other reviews, and it seems like we weren't the only ones who had event staff issues that evening. In fact, this review is very pale in comparison to the others. What a joke! We won't be back.
