  • I enjoyed my year long stay at Monte Viejo, I liked my apartment and the price was right. It was the move out process that has been very upsetting. A hassle is an understatement. The property manager is very disrespectful. My SODA has been incorrect more than once, I was told I was being overcharged for paint. What complex charges their tenant for paint? That is a regular practice when anyone moves out. After speaking with the property manager and our conversation not going well she went into my account and added two additional charges that aren't listed in my SODA but in my resident portal. One of which a utility fee that should have been taken care of with the last months rent. She is a very spiteful individual. I'm very upset with the way I have been treated since deciding to leave. My advice is keep looking, the community and apartments are great but the moving out will be the surprise of your life.
