  • No call back for 3 months of messages (called at least 4 times). Zero customer service. Updated review: READ FIRST I've had this review pending in my Evernote account on the promise that the staff here will take care of everything. After my initial phone call I was asked to not post it updated review. It's been four months now and after three more phone calls over the last three and a half weeks this is still unresolved. I'll keep you posted. Update: I read through my paperwork again and I will change my 4 star rating to 1 star rating.  I will change it back if they fix it because I take this very seriously and it is a breach of trust.  They asked me to write a Yelp review at least three times now and I will tell the truth.  Earlier (below) my review mentioned that they offered me a free warranty for the vehicle's interior/exterior.  Instead they used a sales technique that I felt was not ethical to charge me despite verbally saying otherwise.  They claimed to give me a the Xzlion Warranty for free but they changed me $399. I did not want the Xzlion product in the first place.   The financial person I was doing my paperwork with  started some friendly conversations which then transformed to warranties. I immediately declined. He continues.  I decline again. Eventually he said you know what I'm going to give it to you for free.  I hesitated.  He then says that it's not going to cost you anything. I asked, "That doesn't make sense what's in it for you? How are you going to make a profit?"  He proceeds to show me his computer screen and says, "See it's the same payment." (More on that later)   I'm still perplexed.  I asked again, "Why won't you charge me anything this doesn't make any sense."  He said, "Well I know that you're a family and down the road you are going to need to buy another vehicle and we want you to come back here. Plus we want you to tell everyone about Horne."  I said, "Oh okay well thank you for that it's kind of you."  He seemed genuine like everyone else at the dealership.  He then proceeds to ask "Have you boughten a car from California?" I asked, "No, why?"  Then he replies, "Well you just was so suspicious." He was trying to hint that dealerships in California were shady and there was no way that he was trying to pull anything.  Tonight I was trying to read on the Xzlion warranty that they gave to me and there you have it $399. I was shocked. I looked at my paperwork and they decided to add $399 and hide it in the paperwork. This was added to the paperwork before I came in so when he pointed to the screen and compared it to my paperwork...of course it's the same.  I guess I found out what's in it for them.  I say all this to say. #1 Yes, I was suspicious. #2 Yes, I am telling everyone about Horne. For a measly $399 for a company (but a lot for a household) you tarnished your reputation and "family service" you promised to deliver when I first walked in.   --------- We enjoyed our time here buying our vehicle. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a chance to have Nam help with the transaction. He's really down to earth and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and we're happy with our purchase. A few tips: *The process was a little bit longer than we hoped since we knew the car we wanted and was pre-approved for a loan but then again I haven't found a place where you can avoid that. We were here for a little over 3.5 hours. *Get preapproved for a loan before you come in and see if they can offer lower. *They wouldn't budge from the Internet price but we were happy with our purchase anyhow. I was ready to talk turkey but it didn't happen. They did give us a great powertrain warranty and interior/exterior protection on the car for free. *Get what you requested to be fixed on your used car on paper. Some of the conversation I had was never put down on paper but it is an option. In the end they are getting me an antenna. I alluded to tires (one looked more used than the other) and some clips that were missing or broken that hid some bolts. The conversation was brushed aside but ask directly and get it on paper. *The cars here look very clean. There are a wide variety of cars so they may not know all the features of the specific car you want. Our floor mats were not your typical floor mats since our minivan had adjustable seats. They were installed incorrectly and my wife and I spend another 45 minutes at home taking out all our seats and looking up online how to properly place them. At the dealership the mats were just placed down. Another example was when we first entered the van for the test drive the side automatic doors wouldn't open. It wasn't until after the test drive I found the button that tur
