  • I purchased a foreclosed home and needed a large, remodelling job done kitchen, bathrooms justabout everything. I called several different contractors for quotes. All the quotes varied so much I was a little concerned. I did my homework contacting the BBB and the contractors board to find out which of the contractors were legit. Needless to say half of them weren't. One was recommended to me through a friend so I decided to call them. They returned my call immediately and were here for the estimate within a day. I was happy with the quote I received. By the way, the owner, himself, comes out to give you the quote. I did my research and found that every single license he has is legit and also very highly ranked with the BBB. I was so thrilled to have hired such a profession company. Every word was listened too and he also made some suggestions. The job, and let me tell you it was a huge job, was completed quickly and also he had several of his employees working at any given time. Each and every person working for him couldn't be any nicer and they all went far beyond my expectations. Kudos to Mike Conrad and his crew for making my home a dream home. Highly recommended!!
