  • As a Disabled Veteran, requiring the use of an Electric Scooter to get around my Home and Local Community. I found myself in need of a small part for my VICTORY 10. I contacted the actual Manufacturer and was given three Local sources to acquire said part. The first Local Source was very stringent and seemed uninterested in my business. So I moved onto Local Source #2, "LAS VEGAS SCOOTERS & LIFTS". The person who answered my call was a very Friendly, Courteous and Professional individual named Jenny. She made it clear from the very start that it was her intention to get & supply me with the Part I needed, even though I didn't have a Part Number to aid in her search. She said she would look and find the part and would Call me back. Which she did in about 5 minutes. She asked if I could Send her a Picture of the Part, which I did and she again Called me back in less then 10 minutes. She indicated that they had the Part I needed and how much it would be. I advised her to get and send me two, though I actually only needed one. She verbally gave me a quote, took my Payment Information and we made the Deal. If I need anything for my Scooter, I know exactly where I'll contact. The Parts arrived today, just one day after ordering. Very Professional and great Customer Service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "LAS VEGAS SCOOTERS & LIFTS" FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS SO VERY DEPENDENT ON THEIR UNIT.
