  • Came for mega car wash. Service attendant suggested I do a wash that included shampooing upholstery to remove stain on interior. I agreed to upgrade to to their most expensive wash with added upholstery cleaning. It was very disappointing to have to call service guy back to vaccuum and clean various obvious spots unattended to. I also noticed that they spot cleaned one area and even that area that made me upgrade not completely cleaned. Paid more for detail service and did not receive it. I also never received my air freshner! Second time going and will definitely be my last.
