  • After a couple of "blonde" moments, i.e. being 15 minutes late to drop off the rental and then forgetting to fill up the tank, Jess helped me out BIG TIME! I used a half of a tank of gas and would have been charged $9.98 a gallon = about $80 but instead he let me take the car back out, fill it up for $2.49 a gallon at a gas station nearby and return it without a late charge and the ridiculous gas fee. He was so kind and helpful even though I came at a super busy time and was well aware of the consequences... Big kudos to Jess! Thank you again! You made my day a little brighter and my wallet a little heavier.
