My boyfriend and I go to this particular location every single morning to get iced coffees expecting good service. We are greeted by the same lady every time and all we get from her is poor service because of her attitude. It never seems to be different and we don't know why..... We professionally spoke to her about it and trust me, we understand that employees have to be at Starbucks way before they even open. We just think that people shouldn't be greeted with an awful attitude when they are the customer spending $5-$10 on coffee every morning!
