  • Not great. There are, I'm sure, better hotels in the downtown area that are better for the money. The staff is amateur, and more concerned about talking amongst themselves, loudly, than helping you. Parking is $22 on top of the hotel rate which is not explained on the website. The room is big and nice, but a little run down and there is mold in the shower. Yuk! I expect more from Hyatt. They're usually very good.
