I usually find exactly what I'm looking for here and love the selection of brands I normally can't afford at the store. That said, the selling side isn't all unicorns and roses at the west side location. The middle aged woman who was there both times I came to sell was rude, sarcastic and acted like I was completely ruining her day by being there. I don't care if the clothes I came to sell don't fit your store needs- that's fine. But being rude and lecturing me on how you have way too many sweaters and how could I even think about brining these items in was one of the worst shop experiences I have ever had. I don't know what your store inventory consists of, so why yell at me about it- and on a Sunday afternoon after I drove this far? So, bottom line, don't sell there unless you want to feel like crap walking back out.
