I called in to make an appointment and was given a 2pm one. A couple hours before my appointment I get a call from the stylist that would be working on me and he said the receptionist scheduled me for another day by accident. He wasn't going to have any time until 6pm that same day. I agreed it would be just fine as long as I had my color and cut done because I had an event the next day. I went in at 6 and the stylist sat down and told me that he was working on someone else and he didn't have time to do my work. Even for a shampoo and cut it would be a 45 min wait. I drove about 15 minutes to get there and wasn't going to be driving back and fourth for an incomplete service. It was all very unprofessional. I wasted time when I could have gone somewhere else. Which I did. I ended up going to a super cuts, which I had never thought of going before. My stylist was great, helpful, had 15 years of experience and did a wonderful job. Didn't even need an appointment. Just goes to show it doesn't matter if you go to a "fancy" salon, Good service is good service.
