  • My refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. I called Appliance Works because I saw they had great reviews on YELP. They were very nice and professional. They called back to let me know what time the tech could make it. I like that they only gave me a 2 hour window - 11am to 1pm. I didn't have to sit around waiting all day. The tech called and arrived shortly after 11am. He had to leave to go get the part, GE Inverter Board. But was back in no time. He was done before 1pm.....Great Service. Even though they are a little expensive, I'll use them again. I Googled the part which costs about $200 at the most retail. It took less than 1 hour for the actual repair. The total cost was $344. They didn't itemize the invoice. I highly recommend them if you can't repair it yourself.
