I also got the Groupon and went 6 times. I bought enough Groupons to get several areas done. I followed all the instructions. I have NO results. I still have to shave every day, I still have all the hair I started out with.
They said I was a perfect candidate for laser hair removal, too. I'm really annoyed--while the price would have been good if I had results, I basically just gave them a few hundred dollars and drove all the way over to their office 6 times for nothing.
The tech that has done my treatments is pleasant and seems to know what she is doing. She takes her time to get all the areas completely. She keeps telling me that most people start to see results by now, but that I should keep going. I'm not sure how many more times I'm willing to drive all the way out there when I'm not seeing results.
Scheduling is a little tricky here. They used to schedule appointments months in advance, but now they do it closer to the scheduled dates. The scheduling is best for people who don't have jobs--almost all the appointment times they have are during the work day (this is probably not unique to this center). They suggest getting treatments about 6 weeks apart, but if you have to cancel an appointment you can forget following this recommendation--the appointments fill up too fast. They will also schedule you with no regard to this recommendation if you don't mention specifically when you want your next appointment.
I can't imagine that they are making any money at all on the Groupon customers so perhaps we are not getting the same treatment as people who are paying their full price.
I'm disappointed.
