Yelp is a site to ensure "buyers beware". I did my homework on what a fair price is for air conditioning parts, labor and R22 refrigerant costs. This guy is real proud of his work and willingness to work in the evening, but for my money, I did not select him for my project. For example, R22 costs about $16/lb, he charges $110 and my unit needs 9lbs. According to Angie's List, a 3 ton A/C unit install is around $3k, he said "I charge a good deal higher and I don't run my business based on what's on the Internet." If I marked up my costs like him, I'd be happy to work evenings too. I found a local guy who charges $40/lb and quoted a 3ton unit with heater evap coil installed in the attic, connected to the A/C unit outside the house, refrigerant included for $2800. Now you know...
