  • I had A/C issues back in early July a previous repair person thought I needed a compressor but when the next service technician showed up I told him I thought it only needed freon (R22) I explained to the technician why I thought that, so he went up to my A/C (package unit) on my roof and saw that I only needed a recharge of refrigerant and that the previous diagnosis of a bad compressor was not the issue, it only had loose schrader valves that simply needed tightening, due to his very positive and professional attitude and patience to explain these matters to me I was able to have a firm confidence in his ability to fix the problem, he offered to show me my A/C system and explain the various components and I was able to confirm my original diagnosis of the problem, thanks to his ability to have a technical conversation with me I was not only fully satisfied with his service but my confidence was completely restored as my house was once again comfortable and my A/C unit was once again running in an energy efficient manner. Thank you very much to NHW and the very professional service technician named Moe Once again a happy customer!
