rev:text	Associa South is the most irresponsible Property Management Company that I have ever tried working with. On January 19, 2013 I called to report a leak in the pipe that runs under the property next to us and the water is running and running and my tenants are paying for this and they do not care. I offered to get it fixed and that would be trespassing onto another homeowners property even if it in front of their house and not in their back yard, it's a common area. They don't care about any of the problems that goes on in the community. The police can't help me and the Las Vegas Valley Water District can't get involved either and Associa can't even get the story straight when I call and acts as if it were my first attempt to solve q problem. We are supposedly in a drought and can't waste water and both Associa Property Management and proper authorities can help me in resolving this matter. I feel really bad for any Communities that are using their servioces.
